About Us

KBDS AND CO., a Chartered Accountancy firm, was founded on December 10, 1996 by CA K. K. Chaudhary, a Fellow Chartered Accountant as proprietorship firm which was later joined by CA D. K. Singh, FCA. Originally known as Jayswal Krishna & Co, clients were primarily from merchants sector and shopkeepers in the downtown area. With a steep growth along with an established reputation for integrity, partners pursued a pragmatic philosophy of merger of another like-minded audit firm to cater large & corporate clients in a better way and with a big resource base. While the philosophy of client-centered service has not changed, the audit, professional accounting and consulting firm now serves more than 2,000 clients, in four locations, with a team of 40 professionals trained in vitality as auditors, accountants and business consultants.
